to day 2 day 4

Tillamook is home to a place where they make GREAT cheese. We watched them make cheese and had samples, ice cream, and a couple of meals at their very nice deli.

We traveled a little south of town to find a WWII blimp hanger - the largest wooden structure in the world! It is HUGE (another one of those things you can't image until you see it).

Inside is an air museum with mostly WWII aircraft, some blimps, and an F14.

We finished up the day with a hike to a waterfall south of town. It was thick and lush, much like the Olympic Rain Forest

(Is this what Uncle Jack worked on in England?)
